GBTDS Field 1

The exoplanet census, via microlensing

What this is

One of five contiguous bulge fields at galactic latitude −1.2°.

Six fields toward the Galactic centre, imaged every twelve minutes for weeks at a time. Microlensing events are brief and unrepeatable — the cadence is the experiment.
